16-Court LED Board System

Built 16 live LED boards that pull real-time court booking data from CourtReserve's API via a custom Cloudflare Worker. Color-coded skill levels, countdown timers, and "up next" data — all driven by HTML I wrote from scratch, served via GitHub Pages.

From the Penguins' halo ribbon boards to 800×1400 gym displays to 400×800 LED boards at LevelUp — I design and adapt motion graphics across any screen size or aspect ratio. I know ProRes vs MP4 tradeoffs, export optimization, and how to monitor CPU/player performance for smooth playback across different media systems.
